NEW RELEASED

The Ache You Never Named: A Journey Through Love, Loss, and Learning to Grieve Out Loud

I recently published a book titled The Ache You Never Named, a gentle companion for those mourning deep, often unspeakable losses. It’s a collection of real grief stories — including my own — along with mantras, reflections, and journaling prompts to help readers feel seen, supported, and not so alone.

The Ache You Never Named: A Journey Through Love, Loss, and Learning to Grieve Out Loud

The Ache You Never Named is now available. This book was written for anyone who has ever grieved in silence.
For the ones who wake up with an ache in their chest and no words for it.
For the people carrying loss like a shadow — constant, invisible, heavy.
Inside these pages are real stories.
Stories of love. Of sudden goodbyes. Of grief that didn’t come with a map.
I included my own. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever written —
but I wrote it because I believe no one should have to grieve alone.
This book is not a solution. It’s a companion.
A hand to hold when the world feels too quiet.
A voice that says, “You’re not broken. You’re human.”
If you’ve lost someone…
If you’re supporting someone who has…
If you believe in giving language to the pain we’re taught to hide —
I invite you to read it. And share it.
